Reading Festival 2012 Line-up

So they have announced the headliners and some of the other bands for Reading Festival. I might have scared some people as I was driving when they doing the announcement on the radio and got very excited about the Sunday with The Foo Fighters, Eagles of Death Metal and Pulled Apart by Horses. Its gonna be a great way to end the weekend :D

So the rest of the bands are rather a mix, quite a few I am not bothered about or don’t know, but then it gives me a chance to check out some bands I don’t know. The Cure on the Friday night should be good and a chilled start to the weekend following on with some major drinking. Plus I am a Paramore fan (yeah yeah EMO i know) so it’ll be good to see them live. Saw Florence and the Machine last week and she was brilliant live so it’ll be good to see her again. Then Two Door Cinema Club on the sunday too, I do love those Irish fella’s, great for a dance.

So I was like yeah this’ll be a good weekend and then Radio 1 announced that At the Drive In were playing and I jumped in the air and shouted yes which totally scared my guinea pigs. Have always wanted to see them live so seeing them in the radio 1 tent, will be fantastic.

So overall, pleased with the line up and still loads to be announced. I see a great weekend in my summer.
